Every day is rewarding because
I'm working at a job I aspired toward.

Since I was a child in my home country I always wanted to "work in Japan" and know more about Japan." While having those thoughts I encountered a job offer from One Plus One, I was interested in the job description, and my dream to work in Japan came true. I always liked vehicles and looked up to truck and bus drivers, and now I am able to have fun every day doing the job of my dreams.

It hasn't even been a year since joining the company but the senior drivers have guided me kindly and I am now working toward my goal of becoming a full-fledged pro driver soon. The employees are also very friendly with one another, always happy to discuss things and teach me Japanese, so I am able to enjoy my job in Japan and lead a fulfilling daily life. I am very glad I was able to come to Japan and work at One Plus One. My current goal is to be able to drive large trucks.

To Prospective Employees

One Plus One is a company that offers a very good environment to work at and support for employees. We have a solid training system and have created an environment where you can learn a great deal from your superiors. We also have no issues accepting foreign employees. The next time we hire a foreign employee I look forward to teaching them what I have learned as their trainer.

I drive 2-ton trucks. I drive regular shipments of general goods from our Kariya warehouse to Toyota plant.
Even with my lack of experience, when I had a problem someone would always quickly help me here, and now I am able to work as a full-fledge pro driver. The employees get along well with one another and there are many friendly people here, so although I don't have that much contact with drivers in my work, the company has a friendly atmosphere where they will always greet me when I see them in the company.

Soon after I joined the company I didn't have much confidence in dealing with customers, but a senior employee courteously taught me how to do it and then I felt happy to have been complimented by customers. Now it is rewarding for me that customers are satisfied by my work.
I feel a strong connection with people through logistics in this job, and I think my job is very rewarding.

To Prospective Employees

Because it is a job sometimes difficulties arise, but I enjoy it day by day. I think this is because of the company culture of One Plus One. Job description	We ask that you perform local and mid-to-long range shipments of general goods. -To start you only need to have the drive to try!
Hours	Irregular working hours (40-hour week)
Vacation days	Weekly holidays National holidays, summer and end-of-year holidays
Qualifications	Large-sized vehicle license required *Those without experience driving large-sized vehicles also fully welcome
